This is a painting of a landscape I took a picture of. One skilled I learned was mixing colors to make the right shading or lightning of the paint. One element I used was value to darken objects that need to be. This created something interesting because I was taught how to make some what of a realistic painting of a landscape and got to but in details. This is a drawing we did of a hall way. One element I used was form. I also used line and space. I liked how the end of the hall turned out and it looks like it splits into two directions. This is meaningful to me because this is my first ever drawing of a hall. I wish I could have finished it and it could of been more precise but all I had to go off of was a picture. This is a self-portrait drawing. The elements I used was texture and value. This was interesting to draw because when I was little I only drew faces from the front but the weren't that accurate. For the face I would only draw a circle not the oval shape. But with the new skill I can somewhat draw a realistic face and the feature on the face. |
